In the mythology of each nation there was its own sacred tree – oak, ash, goat willow, maple, baobab, sequoia, sakura. Of course, the choice always fell on endemic species, peculiar to a certain area. Our ancestors inherited a truly amazing tree – turanga. The uniqueness of the turanga lies in the fact that it survives where all living things have died long ago.
