For a Moment
Seventeen-year-old Jason’s world shifts when his estranged grandmother moves in, disrupting his routine. Through the mundane, he often finds himself at odds with her as she attempts to connect with him, though a palpable distance remains between them. Jason’s interactions with his grandmother oscillate between indifference and occasional glimpses of understanding. He soon realizes that in the context of intergenerational relationships, loving those who love us might be less of an inconvenience than it seems.
