The Arctic Ocean. The coast of the Laptev Sea, only tundra and nothing except the small Even village of Naiba around it. One day the holiday Reindeer Herder’s Day comes and all the best reindeer herders of the district come there to rejoice the villagers and children, but suddenly a strong storm begins.
