The Remaining Days

“The Remaining Days” is a documentary based on the authentic life of a living alone woman in the southern village of China, recording my sensitive and soft grandmother whose solitary life before the Spring Festival and the reunion with the family in Chinese New Year. The camera focuses on the simple and light Spring Festival in the countryside, step by step into the heart of the old man, digging out the love flowing slowly between a grandmother and grandparents. In the poetic life, they have their own way to live in the moment, and spare no effort to recall the most wonderful years, thereby looking ahead to the future.
